Who we are
About Haven Air Conditioning
We're a local family owned business built on honest advice, quality workmanship, and a genuine commitment to keeping our community comfortable.
Our Story
Haven Air Conditioning was founded right here in the Macarthur region by a licensed technician who saw a gap in the market for a truly local, trustworthy air conditioning service. Too many homeowners were being let down by large companies that sent out different technicians every time, charged hidden fees, and left jobs half-finished.
We started small — just one van and a commitment to doing things properly. Over the past decade, we've placed all of our efforts into being trustworthy, honest and professional. We turn up on time, do the job right, and leave the place cleaner than we found it.
Today we service hundreds of homes, schools and businesses across Campbelltown, Camden, Narellan, Picton, Wollondilly, Liverpool and the surrounding areas. We're proud to be the AC company that Macarthur locals recommend to their friends and family.
What We Stand For
Honesty first
We'll always give you straight advice — even if that means telling you a repair is better value than a replacement. No upselling, no pressure.
Local knowledge
We know the region inside out. We understand the local climate, the housing stock, and the specific challenges of cooling and heating homes in this area.
Quality workmanship
Every installation is done to the highest standard. We take pride in neat pipework, tidy cable runs, and a finished result that looks as good as it performs.
Standing behind our work
All our installations come with a workmanship warranty. If something isn't right, we'll come back and fix it — no questions asked.
